Arturo has been nothing but very helpful and very informative from the mintute i walked through the doors of greenhouse on november 30 2022. it wasnt somewhere i ever expected to be but the staff has been nothing but helpful friendly and has made me feel very comfortable being here. i actually love it here....i appreciate everyone here and definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Arturo is very friendly and helps us all out any time he can! thanks again !

Overall stay was very good and quite effective. The staff was very helpful. Nurses very understanding. I do feel that my situation was unique an that I did not see a case manqger until day nine. As a result my FMLA paperwork was not done. My short term disability was also not completed. I believe the proble was that my case worker left on my sixth day. Ms G stepped in and tried to resolve the issue. I do not know if this has been done as of now. I would have liked to have had therapy while I was here. I saw my therapist for ... read more

Food is great and staff is very nice.
Overall good experience. I thought the lectures could have been more focused with time at the end for "student" participation, not just questions. Instead small break out groups with problems to solve and then resume big group to share. Less time sitting in lectures.

I have other rehab experiences to compare Greenhouse to. With anything, there are few things that could be worked on. 1) list of what to pack and not pack 2) Patient issued water bottles, to alleviate use of all the plastic cups! 3) Take a # system for the medline 4) lanyards with name tags for patients 5) Case management appts would be helpful if every week, as patient's thoughts and realizations develop through treatment. Patients may realize they cannot go back to their toxic environment, want a fresh start in a new city... read more
