everyone was very helpful and helped me with my with my withdrawls now im clean and sober and ready to go home. Arturo was a great help getting back in treatment thanks to him im back on track to recovery.
Most staff were kind and helpful. I did not like not having electronic devices during detox when you have the most down time and nothing to do. The men hog the only television on the floor so you are left suffering with no attention span to read or do much else. The first night I was here I was refused any comfort meds and spent the night awake shaking and sweating and vomiting with no one concerned for my safety. Sometimes there is a lack of staff.
I researched and entered this facility strictly from their positive reviews. I cannot say enough about how helpful, compassionate and welcoming their staff is. There is no shred of judgment; only caring and passion for doing everything in their power to assist in the recovery process AT YOUR PACE. I truly cannot thank them enough for giving me the tools to ensure my future is wonderful!
Decent place to get cleaned up for 2-4.
therapists and staff is amazing and have definitely helped me come a long way and gave me a good push to start my journey in recovery. facility is gorgeous and easy to learn but there is small things that could be done around here to make the atmosphere and "vibe" more recovery friendly.

For it being my first rehab and only experience, I was delighted and confused at the same time. I believe that the lack of staff made it confusing to understand how the "system" worked at first. I received more guidance and direction from other clients rather than staff seeing how I and many others were not given any orientation after arriving. The staff is incredibly kind and does their best with what they are given. However, they are usually understaffed which ends up causing stress for the clients and the staff. There are not enough nurses on the first floor. Mornings and nights turn contentious due to waiting hours.
