Over all I was very pleased with my treatment at Greenhouse. I think the staff and classes were on point and informative. I am however VERY disappointed with the the level of honesty and support I received from Greenhouse and Patient advocates when it came to an incident were items were stolen from my room. This was reported to everyone I could talk to and still no effort was made to identify the person or get my belongings returned even though a security camera was located just one door door down from my room. I am very happy that I chose this facility. All of the staff from housekeeping to teachers and everyone in between is wonderful and very friendly, they know your name and face and they truly do care. Food is great also. Couldn't imagine having gone thru this process with anything less. They have helped me to feel confident in my recovery. Much kudos to them.

acupuncture wasnt available, and no massages, and no bio sound treatment. other than that it was a beautiful situation.

greenhouse was a beautiful spa/rehab that provided luxury amenities on a beautiful property. the food was top notch as well as the therapists and teachers and curriculum. i would recommend greenhouse for any addict or person who struggles with addiction.

Detox is not fun nor is it comfortable. These are not signs of a bad staff or facilities. the greenhouse with its amenities, friendly staff, good food, comfortable beds, and a great laundry service make the process a whole lot easier. I wholeheartedly recommend they're greenhouse if you're in the need of a rehab facility. Just remember you will only get out what you put in.

Very great place to detox and get sober. It's a great place to learn about yourself, sobriety, how to live sober, and more! The only parts that was frustrating is that medication lines are always so long, you sometimes won't get your medication for hours after you're suppose to. Also wearing a mask everywhere except your room is ridiculous. However, the staff are all super nice and truly care, so are the instructors and they're very knowledgeable.

Grateful for the kitchen staff and housekeeping. Grateful to have had bill and Todd leading our process groups. Enjoyed Phil, Josh and Paul. Aprpeciated their passion and commitment to recovery. Was always treated with respect. Concern for my recovery was obvious.

The TA's, therapists, and staff overall are all fantastic. The food is amazing, the facility is great. There's a lot of great information to learn in the groups to keep you on your road to recovery. I am forever grateful to Greenhouse for the impact that it has had on my life in a month.
