I met some amazing people i will forever cherish, most of the staff were great, the main problem was the med line but over all a great experiance.

First time in treatment, let me break down my thoughts: Accommodations - Nice converted Spa - Nice outside grounds, but you are in a business park, but plenty of walking paths and outdoor space (smokers areas plenty) - Class space is good and modern - Food is quite good, staff is very nice - Cell phones are allowed, just be respectful, dont use in class etc..... - You will have a roommate, hit and miss person wise, but not huge issues Clinical Staff - Strong therapy staff, Lectures are well done. - A few could use some mo... read more
Great place to detox and learn a lot of information about how to cope with my illness. The groups are awsome and ive met alot of people and great friends that will motivate you to do better.
Very nice facility. All the staff members are nice and helpful. Specially Arturo was a great help. Linda and kitchen staff are great! They prepare tasty food. My therapists Todd was excellent. Mr. Alton and Keith are awesome and very helpful. Mr. Phil teaches a good classes. Overall, great experience with Green house.
Everybody was great it was kinda tough at first but everyone helped me with arms wide open. My detox was really easy and all the staff was really helpful
Med line needs attention, need two people working the med line from 7am to 10am and 7pm to 10pm at night. TA's need to be more empathetic to peoples' needs. Also better communication between TA's and nurses, Daffiny the LTA needs to stop treating clients as inmates!.Todd and Bill exceptinal therapists, Kieth and Arturo are super nice.
Over all, this facility is amazing!!! Cassie my therapist is very helpful and understanding!!! Josh the counselor is very helpful and fun to have!! Keith our advocate is extremely helpful advocating for all the patients he encounters. The best candy man around!! Positive attitude to cheer you up! Arturo alumni coordinator, is one amazing guy!
