Overall I had a great experience at Greenhouse. I found the therapists and counselors to be extremely knowledgeable, available, and understanding. I haven't been to other rehab facilities before but from what I heard from my peers, this one was almost always considered the best one they had been to. My biggest complaint during my stay was that not all of the advertised amenities from the website were available while I was there. There were no massages or acupuncture available due to Covid. Greenhouse provides the best care in the metroplex. The staff is amazing. Just do what you need to do, follow the rules and do what YOU need to do for YOU in order to get to recovery. 5 stars, for sure!

if your looking for a place to stop your addiction greenhouse is the place to be they have all the sources you need to beat your addcition. From the nurses to the therapist to the kitchen staff. you"re not alone in your journey to being clean and sober
The program this place has is fantastic, you learn a lot from the classes as long as you pay attention. The food is always fresh and always a balanced meal with Veggies, protein and carbs. As for the the Accommodations and amenities I was very disappointed, the massage and acupuncture were not available, the hot tub is broke, you can only go swimming every other day for an hour and a half a day and you only get an hour in the morning and an hour after dinner to work out, even though on the phone I was told there was plenty o... read more
Overall this is a fantastic treatment center! Staff is amazing, the program is comprehensive and what you would expect and need out of a residential treatment facility. The accommodations are super nice, however the amenities are NOT as advertised online. Currently no massage, acupuncture, or working hot tub. I don't even think the BioSound machine is fully functional, which is disappointing. That being said, these are just extras. My stay at Greenhouse was truly made by the Nurses and Staff who were always there to ensure I had everything I need and provide support. Ashley made 100% sure that I had all of the resources I needed for when I left, setting me up with all my outpatient care and appointments before I left. Paulisha, Keith, Turquoise - all very kind and made me feel like I was a part of a family here at Greenhouse.
