Everyone seems very responsive and friendly.
It is a great place and great staff. if you really are looking to change this is the place to go i came in here hopeless and depressed but greenhouse showed me i am not alone and anything is possible if there is a will there is a way, The staff was respectful and helpful the whole time i was here and i thank you guys in greenhouse you have really put a change in me and made me open up my closed potential i will never forget this experience.
Coming to GreenHouse has been a life changing experience. I knew that things were falling apart around me but didn't realize just how bad it was. Fortunately, my boss and best friend, recognized that I needed help and set up my treatment, stay, and insurance so that all I had to do was show up. For someone who suffers with chronic relapse, i have spent my adulthood in several treatment centers. I have seen some of the best and subpar treatment centers. When it comes to Greenhouse they do a great job of providing the tools and resources that are needed to help reach and maintain a clean and sober life. They offer some great insight into both CBT and DBT. The medication line needs extreme improvement. The wait times to get medication is 2 hrs most days. More snacks and variety would be helpful
DO NOT BRING CASH OR VALUABLES HERE. The business ladies are absolutely horrendous to work with, and I am trying my best not to let them ruin an absolutely WONDERFUL experience I had here. The classes are incredible. Todd and Phil are just next level amazing. The TAs are respectful and upbeat (as long as you follow their rules - which are very fair). Place was awesome with the staff very friendly with 4 staff that went above and beyond who were my therapist Jordan, Kieth client advocate, Arturo the alumni cordniatior, and Tamara MHT. Forever grateful for this place!
The staff is friendly! They feed you plenty of food, and it's pretty good. Definitely go to the evening AA/NA meetings. On Friday's a gentlemen from the Dallas county Sheriffs department comes in and always present a very inspirational speech.
Therapeutic staff were excellent. Orderly staff could be somewhat aggressive and abrasive, and nursing staff made occasional errors with dispensation, but nothing too serious. Over all the experience was very effective at accomplishing my objectives and exceeded my expectations, my only complaint about programming would be the obligatory AA/ 12 Step component, which is not aligned with my preferred recovery modality at all. Overall, though, a good experience for having to take bitter medicine.
