Overall I'm satisfied with my treatment here. I think it would be better if we could go to outside meetings like I've been able to in past rehabs. I also think everyone should be given a complete A.A. and N.A. book like I got at the Oxford Treatment Center. I don't really need to get into the other obvious issues such as the med line. Ya'll already know about those kinds of problems. People changing rooms 4 or 5 times while they're here is also absolutely ridiculous. The program itself is amazing, however the TA's (the people who are around 24/7) are rude. There are some who are nice but I could count them on one hand. They aren't very flexible with time zone changes or if you worked night shift. The meals are good, as long as you like chicken and fish. They occasionally have something different but I won't be able to eat chicken for a lonnnnng time after this. The therapist are ok, as long as you aren't trying to process mental health. The therapists at Greenhouse are amazing. 99% of the staff works so incredibly hard to help make it the best experience they can for you. It's true though you get out of it what you put in. Only complaints would be a lack of consistency/communication among the staff, and they need to spray for bugs.
