Fast, professional, and efficient. The service rep Brian gave me his cell phone number so I didn't have to call the dealership a press a bunch of buttons and go through a bunch of transfers just to see if my car was ready!
Outstanding! The service reps were truly interested in making sure that every thing was satisfactory. We had the complete Uconnect radio replaced and it has been restored to its original condition. I had had several bad experiences when this dealership was owned by Crown and had sworn never to deal with them again. My opinion has now changed due to this excellent experience.
