It was Sunday morning, I called to complain about my AC not cooling enough the whole night and this disrupted my sleep . I liked the guy I spoke with; he was respectful and very attentive to my concern. I was told that he would contact somebody on site to fix it. I was out the whole day and got back home feeling relieved that the entire apartment was cold. Great customer service. I appreciate the quick response.
