Greg helped us with our new investment purchase and i tell you, This guy works wonders. We had a tight time schedule from the sellers and he meet all of the deadlines before hand. I had the opportunity to work with Greg on a difficult loan we were trying to fund. Greg was very hard working, professional, and an excellent communicator. He and his team delivered on their promises every step of the way. I can honestly say the loan would not have gone without his going the extra mile. Greg handled my refi the best that I have experienced...and I have financed a dozen homes. He was very upfront with his quote and it was right on all the way to the end. He seemed to really be concerned with getting me the best deal. All promises were kept and deadlines met. What he needed was communicated in a timely manner. His team were back to me within hours. I have already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to. I will be using him next year to finance a second home.
