Amazing customer service!
I made my daughters appointments for a consultation and decided this was the office they would receive treatment from. The staff has been super helpful and are so friendly! My girls were so excited to get their braces on but also nervous as well. Dr Brown and his staff reassured them it was going to be just fine! They work with families from appts times and dates all the way up to payment plans. I myself was a patient at this office, but saw his dad back then. I highly recommend Greg Brown Orthodontics! They are a very knowledgeable and pleasant group of professionals. Every time I had questions or concerns they were quick to respond and help. Dr Brown is an amazing doctor. He is very kind and made an effort to make the treatments as painless as possible. He went the extra mile to assist me in getting required jaw surgery. I am so happy with my results. My teeth are beautiful.
I haven't needed his dental services yet, but I've dealt with him professionally for other reasons. He's one of the nicest people I've ever interacted with (so is everyone on his staff, for that matter), and he's always a pleasure to deal with. That's very refreshing in today's world.

I just got my braces off 3 days ago and I have never been so happy with my smile,I have had my braces for 7 years & it definitely has been a rollercoaster,but when Dr.Brown adapted to my teeth he was so focused on making my teeth look so beautiful and ready for prom!
