Gregg and his team were terrific throughout the entire process of the refi. From the beginning, Gregg explained the entire process to me and I am confident that he found me the best rate possible, as well as made sure that the refi was done in the most expedted way possible. Gregg and his staff kept in constant communication with me and made sure that all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. In a time when customer service is waning, it's clear that is not the case with V.I.P. Mortgage.
