I was in a unique situation so many lenders would not have been able or willing to help me with a refi. I contacted Nova Home Loans and began working with Gregg. Gregg worked his rear end off to make the refi happen in spite of many road blocks from the previous lender, etc. I will send everyone I know needing financial help, to Gregg.

Gregg went above and beyond to help my husband and I get into our first home. He informed us about the pathway to purchase program to get down payment assistance, and I was so glad he did. We were lucky enough to not only get approved for the program, but received the assistance as well. We will definitely recommend Gregg to anyway that is looking into buying a home.

Gregg was efficient, explaining everything that was happening as well as what to expect next. He is professional and personable and a great guy to know. Gregg was a pleasure to work with, very attentitive and prompt when working with me and my husband. He got us great interest rates that were lower than all the banks we checked with as well! I would highly recommend working with him over anyone else.
