Mr. Hermann is a very knowledgeable professional. He made my whole lending process easy and smooth. Always willing to answer any questions I had. When I called him and he couldn't answer, he ALWAYS returned my calls in a timely manner. I'm getting ready to get another loan through him and look forward to working with him.

Greg goes above and beyond while he was working with him. I used greg as a first time buyer and now for the second time for refinancing my home and he was just as great as I remember. Just like the first loan, greg processed everything in a timely manner and was always clear and precise on what needed to get done. I have also recommended him to family and friends and have had good feedback as well.

I have heard that buying a home can be a difficult process, not with Greg. He made the whole home buying process easy and simple, any questions I had he always had an answer for and made sure I was comfortable with what was going on. I knew after I bought my first house that there wasn't any other way to go and have been going back to Greg ever since. His customer service is second to none and his follow through, job knowledge, and ability to educate the buyer is the reason I have recommended him to everybody who is looking.

I know it's unusual to rate someone with all 5 stars but the attentiveness, honesty, and helpfulness we have experienced and continue to experience are paramount, especially for this industry. So many people sign for mortgages that have clauses that are not explained in full to them.
