I had my mortgage refinance through VA by BBMC in April of this year. There were so many issues such as bankruptcy, foreclosures but Greg Powers delivered in no time with flying colors. Greg did an excellent job obtaining a VA loan for me. There were problems but Greg got the job done. I have a unique high end property in North Idaho, Greg was able to navigate me through the process.

This is a MIRACLE mortgage for us. We tried to get it 2 years ago but the VA limit in our county was too low. My wife and I got to know Greg Powers-and his heroic little cancer survivor Augie-in that first attempt. SO, on a whim I decided to check with Greg last month to see if the VA world had changed enough to help us. IT DID. VA loan limit went up $59K (!). We'll close this month. Greg is the nicest, most helpful person we know in any service industry, and now he's our trusted friend too!JRC
