Efficient and easy! Greg was efficient and timely in every step of my home refinance. He was always available to answer questions and worked to make the process as easy as possible for me. There were no surprises through the process, either- he explained everything and everything happened just as he said it would. I appreciated that very much! I think my closing costs were a little high with Royal United, but overall I was very pleased with my loan and grateful for the help that Greg provided.
