I appreciate the reminders I receive about... I appreciate the reminders I receive about appointments. However, I don't need the reminder right after I make the appointment; maybe just a week or a couple days before. Also, receiving a text reminder at 2:30AM about an appointment 3 weeks before the appointment is too much; especially when it wakes me at 2:30 AM!! Better tell your text service provider to change that program.

A big thank you to Angie for being perceptive in knowing I wasn't comfortable with a new filling and calling perfectionist Angie ( great to see that in a person ) to polish some more.
Lauren was great! She is professional, tho... Lauren was great! She is professional, thorough, considerate, informative, and knowledgeable. Loved all the "freebies!" The freebies were Facebook check-in give-a-ways (two tubes of toothpaste), two whitening strip applications, toothbrush, chap stick, and fine-tip marker. Only concern was the pain I felt in my mouth while getting X-rays - the device used poked the lower and upper part of my mouth.
