Everything about the visit was very good! Well worth the drive from Marion.
Waitress was chatty without being intrusive. She was happy to offer her opinion when asked. Food was good but service was outstanding!
The restaurant was extremely cold!! We waited for water and the manager brought us some. Our waiter was extremely apologetic. He had other tables and food seemed to be coming out slow. I know our salads were slow. This is the second time we’ve stopped coming home from Michigan and the restaurant was also cold that time.
Great service and great food! Never had a bad experience here.
Grindstone Charlie’s is one of our favorite places to eat in Kokomo. We receive great service and the food is excellent!!
We had a wonderful dinner there on a busy Sunday. My breaded pork tenderloin was outstanding. The caramel dipping sauce for the waffled sweet potatoes was fantastic. What a great idea! The jalapeño corn chowder was very good; wish I had the recipe. My friends’ baked potato soups and Caesar salads were excellent. Can’t go wrong here!
We had a nice quiet lunch. Our food was hot and delicious. Our server Owen was very friendly and attentive.
Grindstone Charley’s is consistently good. The menu options are somewhat limited and soft drinks tend to be a bit off-tasting, but outside of these minor issues, it’s a great place to eat. Great service with delicious burgers, especially, with bourbon Jack sauce, it’s tough to beat for a casual diner. The air conditioning is a little loud but that’s easily tolerable and offset by the great food and service. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
