Our waittress was very good and attentive, however, the food was sub-par at best. The cheese curds with garlic aloi as an appetizer were good, but not anything special you can't get at any other bar food type place. Their mashed potaotes not only weren't seasoned but the texture chould choke you they were so dry, like there was no milk or moisture in them at all. Went there a week after they opened and was impressed and told lots of people about it. Went back today with my family and it was a madhouse. Food took forever, very poor service and food was below average. Got two fish tacos, an app, two kids meals and two glasses of wine and walked out with a $95 check. Will never be back.
It was our first time at this restaurant and I was really hoping it would be great as I love supporting local non-chain restaurants. We had the crab dip appetizer which took a long time to come out. I can overlook the timeliness of service as they have not been open long. That said, the portion of dip was very small for $14. This is just like any other new restaurant that serves bar food. Nothing special. We were hoping for more beings that they had vegan food on their menu but there was nothing remarkable. We had one in our party who had to eat gluten free and the manager was completely ignorant about cross contamination. Upon more pressing, our waiter talked to the cook and we found food she could order. It was so bland and boring, I would not subject her to that again.
