We went to Grindstone for dinner with my girlfriend for the first time and the food and service exceeded our expectations! Thank you to our waiter Aiden for taking care of us! He actually paid attention to my steak order and noticed that it wasn’t how I requested it and asked me if I wanted a different one. What a nice gesture other restaurants don’t do or care to ask. Delicious!

Feb. 14th Valentine's day dinner with my wife at the Grindstone PH was nice. Pre-dinner drinks were very good (Pinot noir & Old fashioned). Service was just okay on a very busy evening. We didn't get napkins with our drinks and had to ask for tableware after our dinners were already served. Ambiance was nice, but either the seats were low or the table was high in the booth we were seated at. Whichever it was it felt a bit uncomfortable dining. Very talented jazz guitarist was performing during our visit. Fish and chips were delicious.
I went to Grindstone for a valentine's day Brunch before the valentine's day train ride on the nickel plate. The food was great and the service was outstanding.
