Always good to work with Herm & Mary Carter, but last experience with caregiver Vanessa was a bit stressful in that apparent cancellation of service didn't get relayed to her resulting in her coming to my parents home when not needed. Communication breakdown somewhere in the chain, and I'll take blame if it was me, but I believe I called or emailed Herm to tell him we only needed Vanessa for the half day she worked and not beyond unless notified.
