The primary Caregiver has been well received, she is very friendly, punctual, and helpful for my family. Communications between the agency (Griswold) and the hiring client could be improved. Documents signed prior to initiating service were not made available to the client. Substitute caregivers were not communicated prior to arriving to work - disregarding my family member’s reaction to meeting a stranger alone. Difficult to evaluate your caregivers and be fair about it. We only used your agency for three days. One caregiver was wonderful, very caring and understanding to my loved ones health needs. Our family would definitely recommend your agency to other family members and friends.
