I cannot express adequately how amazing, loving, kind, patient, and knowledgeable our caregiver, Ailsa Gardner, is! She displays genuine concern and interest in my elderly Mother, and her compassionate caregiving allows me to work my full-time job without having to worry about my Mother. She and I communicate in a log book daily, and Ailsa lets me know of concerns, successes (when my Mom smiles or talks or is able to take a few steps) and daily food/fluid intake. We feel the service is very expensive for the quality of service we receive. We have had some problems with scheduling when caregivers were not there. We feel the service is overpriced for what you get.

The first caregiver. Charlotte Frazier, was excellent could not have asked for a better one. She was very attentive. Would rate her a ten. The second one, Tamibka Edwards, lelt a lot to be desired. Showed up at 7:55 pm (even though I was expecting her at 7:00 pm). She talked to my husband for a few minutes. Then pulled out her iPad and that was the last interaction we had with her.
