It is a business..Really disappointed that one caregiver was a heavy smoker who need a smoke break..She simply walked out and demanded payment in cash..Lowest level of professionalism..Worked less then two hrs after arriving late..Having said that the company still charged a fee that elevated 😂..Great story to share

The first 2 caregivers were fine. Then for the next 2 appointments there was no caregiver - one was allergic to our cats(that we have cats should have been in our information) the other never showed up. The last 2 have been good caregivers and I am satisfied with the Company. All the caregivers we have had were fine.

As I had very little contact with the office people, I feel that I am unable to evaluate my experience with them. As for my caregiver, she did a very good job..
