We have had two caregivers provided by Griswold, and both have been great companions for my mother. Kindly make certain that when the care giver requests time off that coverage is provided. That is my only concern with Griswold - your capability to provide a replacement aid when needed. That is more about Griswold overall and nothing about the care givers. thank you!

Overall very good experience. The staff were quick understand our needs and get a good match for a caregiver as well as put that in place very timely. Both our caregivers have provided both very good physical care and social care for Mom as well as working with her as a dementia patient. Both have been truly a blessing to support Mom and our extended families.
