April's presentation on Teepa Snow's Positive Approach to Care was insightful, interactive, and even a little light-hearted for such an intense topic. I had several takeaways that will help me support our aging folks. Most importantly, I walked away with a reassurance that forgetfulness and aging is typical and we can empower each other and ourselves to continue to live a meaningful life. I look forward to learning more from April - she is a compassionate & knowledgeable presenter.
