A Breath of Fresh air. First off the Office is nice clean and spacious. Andrea at the desk is amazing, she is so kind, and explains the billing to you. The dental assistants know what they are doing, they are very competent, and very kind. Dr. Mistry, is very punctual, and very kind and does a great job explaining all options, etc.. I am so so so happy i changed from my previous "Dentist". Feel very comfortable here. :)
I'm having braces done as an adult and have had a great experience so far. I can't believe how good my teeth look. Cant wait for them to come off and see my new smile. Dr M always has time for all my questions.
I never feel rushed. Dr Mistry and all the staff always take the time to explain everything to me. He even explains things about my dental insurance that I didnt know.
Was really impressed with my first few experiences here. Seems like painful dentistry is a thing of the past. Even the freezing didn't hurt.

I have been seeing Dr Mistry since he was at a different practice in Guelph. Always so prompt, professional and caring. The staff at his new office are just fantastic. So friendly and great with kids. My kids actually want to go back to the dentist.
My daughter 2 children have special needs and most offices in Guelph refused to see them. Not only did this office accept us as patients but made us feel so welcome. The dentist takes time and answered all the questions we had.
From the warm welcome to the beautiful space, my experiences at Guelph Village Dental have been unlike any other trips to the dentist. The staff are so genuinely caring and the atmosphere they have created makes me feel so comfortable. What I value the most about my experiences here is the time taken by Dr. Mistry to explain the various procedures to help me understand the work being done on my teeth. I have always looked at going to the dentist the same as going to my doctor. I expect poor customer service, grumpy people and no personality from anyone, so I was blown away when I was greeted with a smile, called by my name and given different options for treatment. Definitely did not feel or look like a normal dental office. Seems very technologically advanced. All I had done was a cleaning and small filling but I was impressed with the level of service.
