RecommendedSuch a great experience with this company! They made me feel super safe by wearing a mask and even the shoe covers I provided them while they were in my home. The technician was very quick and efficient and gave me a fair and honest price for the job. Having a higher-risk person in our house during a pandemic comes with a definite rise in anxiety, but Gulf Coast Air Conditioning put me totally at ease. Will be calling them for any future maintenance/work on our system.
Initially hurricane Michael blew over our outside AC unit. So we knew it was only a matter of time before it would have to be replaced. It lasted for a good while though. Then Tuesday night August 20 we came home to ac not working. Luckily our house is pretty well insulated. Temp never got above 84 but I contacted Drew and he got the ball moving. Today (Thursday) his guys showed up with a brand new carrier unit (inside and out) and new hurricane pad and were in and out within 4 hours. Can’t say enough good things. Highly... read more
I messaged Drew at 3:35 AM yesterday morning (I know, I’m extra .. but it was hot as ⚽️ 🏀 🏈) because my AC died on us. Drew messaged me back immediately and let me know he’d have someone out to look at it that day. And he did. Sadly, my unit needed to be replaced, but he was able to get his guys over to replace the unit first thing this morning. I would recommend them to everyone I know! Punctual and Professional company! The team at gulf coast a/c took great care of the folks at Bay point marina. We Called the original installer of the unit. They came out and wanted to say nothing was wrong. Yet it was 80 degrees in side the office with a two year old unit. Called Drew and him and his crew came out the next day and fixed us right up. Sitting here now with frosted window in a very cool building. Thank you guys
