My new puppy loves going there. They ate so attentive and caring during his visit.
Sarah and Zanner spent a few days boarding at GLAH, it was the very best boarding experience we have ever had with any of our dogs over the years. They were very understanding about our trip to Cleveland Clinic and extremely flexable regarding the length of ours dogs stay. We arrived unannounced in the morning and our dogs were sassy, happy and CLEAN, Sarah had a couple of her blankets in the dryer and both were licking the attendant and wagging tails.. Very positive experience and would highly recommend boarding here.
These guys are the best! 100% there for you when you need them, responsive to requests, professional, and willing to research and learn and not just assume. They also hear me, especially as an educated pet owner, and take my observations into the equation. I come at them with strange requests all the time as I have 7 dogs and I'm down here allllll the time and I truly feel they are part of my family! Prices are a bit more then some Vets, but worth it to me to get the best from the front desk, to techs, to Vets! Thank... read more
