Well pleased As a new patient I was impressed with the degree of profesinalism of the office in general.
Both daughters first visit My 12 yr old and 16 yr old loved Dr Gum and their hygienists!
I was taken in on time, the attendant was excellent, It is so much better than the old days.
Relaxed and professional atmosphere The staff are welcoming, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Gum is professional and knowledgeable and gentle in her approach to caring for my dental needs. I have told people about this practice and recommend it to people looking for a new dental office and quality care.

Excellent hygienist This was our first time. We walked in and there was no one at the window. I stood there for several minutes and Someone in the corner called out "they" would be with me in a minute. No one was with me in a minute in fact I had to ask a hygienist that came to get another patient if I was supposed to check in. She said they didn't have us till 2. Mandy we are so sorry that you had to wait at the window prior to your scheduled appointment. Noah was our first patient after lunch, the office is closed from 1pm - 2 pm daily. We are very glad that he had a great check up with Heather 7 Dr. Gum!! We do not have the usual "paperwork" as we review everything on the computer program. Thank you for your honesty and helping us to improve our customer service!

Very helpful Had a toothache and they asked questions and took the time to figure out what was causing me pain. They gave me suggestions to help (teeth grinding mouthpiece) and after buying one, I have seen an improvement already. They also got me in at a good time (after a painful weekend) on Monday morning.
