They were a NO-SHOW to complete the job, repeated calls/emails NEVER returned. The job was done in Sept 2012. Gunner forgot to create a path to the HVAC unit. I emailed about the problem, and Ken agreed to complete the job, but wanted to do it after their busy season. I agreed and it was scheduled for May 2013.
