An old crown fell out. The root canal underneath was cracked and the remainder of the tooth had to be removed. It didn't want to come out, but Dr. Giacopuzzi won the battle. He applied Platelet Rich Fibrin spun from my own blood to help with healing. The support for the implant is in place. It has been 3 days since all this work took place. I was having pain in a tooth, my appointment for cleaning isn’t scheduled for two more weeks. I was panicking, because a long weekend is coming, and I didn’t want to be in agony, with nothing to be done until the following week.
