Greeting from Karen at check in counter & provided forms to complete as new patient. Trisha was best @ X-ray & Best Cleaning experience ever! No pain & provided instruction & explanation to floss daily. Guy Giacopuzzi, DDS introduced himself & explained X-rays in detail & answered all my questions in detail and comfortable manner. An old crown fell out. The root canal underneath was cracked and the remainder of the tooth had to be removed. It didn't want to come out, but Dr. Giacopuzzi won the battle. He applied Platelet Rich Fibrin spun from my own blood to help with healing. The support for the implant is in place. It has been 3 days since all this work took place. I was having pain in a tooth, my appointment for cleaning isn’t scheduled for two more weeks. I was panicking, because a long weekend is coming, and I didn’t want to be in agony, with nothing to be done until the following week. They were able to see me immediately, and I was prescribed a treatment plan. I am feeling better, and the reassurance from the Doctor made me relax about my situation. Dr. Giacopuzzi Always strives for excellence in care of my family dental needs. We have followed his direction for care of our teeth and the results shows in healthy teeth. The staff is friendly and excellent as well. Shelly, is our hygienist and gives detailed care in cleaning our teeth We recently moved to AZ but we still come back for dental care to Dr Giacopuzzi.

Called on the 25th in the evening that I broke a tooth. They had me come in the next day 1st thing to take care of it. Friendly receptionist. Great customer service. Would recommend Dr. Giacopuzzi anytime.
