I have not had any problems getting repairs done on my care while using the warranty.
Great customer service! Didn’t have to worry about a thing. GWC paid their portion directly to the repair shop. Just wish they had paid more than they did.

Hello. My first claim experience was relatively easy to procure. The vehicle seemed to have a dead battery, but after some investigation by the repair shop Broadway Electric, it was found That the starter went bad. Everything else was in perfect running condition. I was told by Broadway Electric before the repair began, that GWC was not going to match the hourly labor rate for the services they were going to perform, which puzzled me since they are on the medium range rate cost in San Diego County. The sales person was amazing helped me find the right couch I walked around and wasn’t sure and he should me the last one and that was it exactly what I was looking for !!!! Also the delivery people were amazing went beyond the call of duty. Very happy with everything
You covered everything that you said you would cover in your promotions. It has been a hassle free experience, and zI was able to use my mechanic. I highly recommend this company.
I would recommend that anyone who is buying a used car get the GWC warranty. We have used the policy three times unfortunately. So thankful that we purchased this warranty. It has saved us on costly repairs. The service has been great.
