Great Customer Service, the gentleman at The front desk was very pleasant and very patient because I was having a problem with my credit card so it was taking a while and he completely understood. All in all the room was very clean and hospitality was great. Only problem is I was hoping to get an Ocean View I told the kind gentleman at the front desk and he even went as far as letting me go next in a room with an ocean view as soon as one is available for the rest of my stay. water pump went up -returned it to dealer - they diagnosed it - got ok to fix it right away -got it fixed ,was on my way ,no problems

It is great to have purchased an extended warranty that actual does cover many things and that we have had a few issues and the benefit of having this policy enable us to not need to worry about some additional service expenses.
