You have been relatively easy to work with and we are glad to have the warranty. The only concern we have is that you covered the parts and the labor on the vehicle, but wouldn’t pay for the programming, which was necessary for the new parts to operate. It is a little disappointing that that wasn’t covered. Otherwise, it has been a very beneficial extended warranty.

When I called to check my warranty to see if the problem I was having with my car was covered, I was so happy to know that my warranty covered many things, actually. The people that I talked to were so helpful and made it so easy for me.... almost effortless, for me. The place where I took my car to be fixed even made a comment about how good my warranty was.
