Waive the $100 deductible 😄
Within a month of purchasing the warranty we had to replace the alternator. The warranty covered everything after the $100 deductible.

I have to confess that at first I was nervous about how GWC would respond if I ever filed a claimed. My first call to them was a little disconcerting but it wasn't really anything major so I handled the repair myself. However, when I had major transmission problems, GWC sent a technician to the BMW service shop and he and the shop got my car back on the road at no cost to me. Next I had a problem with the four wheel drive system and GWC and the BMW shop worked everything thing out and I only had to pay the shop differential ... read more

Item not OEM, but since it was an alternator, i assumed a rebuilt would be used. Local shop is great and on top of everything. NO complaints
