I gave 3 stars because I was charged 2 deductibles for the same issue. Granted it was on 2 separate visits but it was brought back in 2 days because the problem wasn’t fixed
Wasn’t sure how towing worked so I had to use my own AAA service but would rather not had. But as far as repair and payment goes my mechanic was able to get approval and make repair and have truck back to me in one day. Thanks!! Great service.
Not sure what to improve. Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion, and with no real issues.
Increase the labor rate for the VW Dealer. $75 is too low and that’s the best place to take the car because their mechanics specialize in Volswagen. Thank you
