Only used one time and it was a smooth process
This was my first experience to use an extended warranty. GWC did an excellent job of working with their certified repair dealer. The did excellent work. My car is back running in less than 2 days. I was very satisfied.

Covered what they said they would just need to make it easier to get a person on the phone when calling into the company - had to call several times to get someone on the phone
approval for repair was quick and made the event pleasant.
My experience was excellent it's been taken care of in a timely manner no question you guys are one of the best warranties I've had and believe me I have had a few thanks for the quick response in getting my vehicle back
