My mechanic spoke with gwc and received approval, BUT when I picked up my truck I had been charged $100 deductible when my contact clearly says $50 deductible. I called this morning and the lady who took my call couldn't have been nicer. She spoke with an adjuster and told me a check for $50 reimbursement would be mailed right. Very happy!
It’s has always been a great experience coming to United Car Care! Customer service is above a 10! I’m not trying to go anywhere else to experience this type of service! Keep up the Great Customer Service!
