I didn’t even have my new used 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee 48hrs when the engine started smoking!!! Scared the bageezaz out of me! The Dealership told me to have the mechanic contact GWC. They covered everything except the tax on the part (alternator) I was back driving my new used Jeep GC within hours! Thank you GWC

It was a very efficient and quicks service.
A used truck I had bought developed a steering problem. After cheeking with CWG I found out that the repairs would be covered. The shop that was part of the CWG network was very thorough and found another covered issue with the steering and repaired that as well. From this experience I will never purchase another used car or truck without being able to get the CWG coverage. The only drawback is there were not a large number of repair shops in my area.
Unfortunately I had to use my warranty insurance but everything went through without incident. Super satisfied!
Fast, and easy. No problems at all. Wish you would pay for a rental up front and not reimburse people. Not everyone has the money to do that.
The experience was fine the only problem was the delay waiting for an inspection otherwise it was great 👍
