When my husband and I first called GWC it was for our GAP insurance instead of the filing claims number. Instead of telling us we needed to be redirected we were told that we didn’t have any other warranty, only the GAP warranty...obviously this was not true. The lady that we spoke to was very short with us and left us doubting that we didn’t have the coverage that I KNEW, in fact we did. Covered what was needed, without any hesitation.
I did not talk to GWC directly. The owner of the company, G and J Garage in Houston did. After a long discussion the request to move forward with what was needed to be done was finally approved.
