This is my 2nd experience purchasing a car from Gwinnett Place Ford. With that being said, my Salesman Mikhail was AMAZING!!!! He was so kind, understanding and respectful of my needs and wants. He removed the fear and anxiety I had walking into this process. Jake was also very kin and helpful in the finance department. I didn’t feel pressured one but
