Has been super helpful and informative from the start. Pre-approval was done almost immediately when I first decided to go with USA mortgage. When needing to make an offer on the house she went out of her way while on vacation to get us what we needed to push an offer through. All through the process she made it very easy to get in everything to move our loan along. She was also very great at communicating with the both of us the whole time. Would highly recommend Hailee to anyone! 10/10
