They lie and the director does not call back, doesn't care about the residents. It is horrible, I'm sorry my sister is there.
Horrible facility. Endless issues. Horrible food. Only a few showers for all of the residents and they are dirty. Lazy, careless, unprofessional staff (except a select few). They don’t properly care for patients. Always understaffed. It’s like pulling teeth to even get a cup of water. I don’t understand how this place is still open. The workers at this facility is very unprofessional and very short staffed and also very dirty my mother is currently in this facility and my siblings and I are very unhappy of the care that she is receiving. Last night about 9 Pm I was on the phone with my mother who rang the buzzer because she had to go to the bathroom and it took The nurses aide almost 20 minutes to come in to assist her in going to the bathroom. My dad is in this center every one is very nice to him the only thing I don't like is that he is in his room a lot even for his meals I have asked and asked for them to take him out of room to meal room to eat and all the things I see on this page I have not seen there, I have to say I do like the people that work there but most seem to sit at nursing station more then carding for the people this I don't understand
The most drab, dreary and depressing nursing facility I have ever stepped foot in. And I say that even after the "full-scale renovation". Please, do not ever allow any of your loved ones to be cared for so to speak at this location. Horrible, absolutely horrible. In so many ways, I can go on and on but I will not.
I would not recommend this facility, understaffed, residents clothing look dirty, the activities department work hard but they need additional help with activities and new equipment
The most drab, dreary, depressing facility I have ever been to. It is below a 1, try minus 100! I have had family members in care for many years, on and off, throughout 4 states- this place pathetic.
If I could give them less than a 1, I would. I would give them a negative 0. My dad was in there for physical therapy rehab. He was treated so badly I was forced to call the ombudsman to come investigate this so-called facility. I have a list a mile long with violations they have done to my dad and I have pictures.
