Amazing Community I have live here since 7 years and love it. The community has everything I need and Heather the property manager goes above and beyond to make sure all of needs are taken care of. Highly recommended.

Love my apartment I’ve lived in plenty of apartments but none as peaceful and neat as this one. (I am renting the 2bd/2bth 1100 sq ft). It has spacious bedrooms w/ walk-in closets and 2 full baths! Everyone that has ever visited my place loves the layout. The complex isn’t new so the kitchens/bathrooms are outdated but everything was kept up. I’m on the end with no1 above my 2nd floor unit so I never hear any of my neighbors (not to say if you move here you won’t either) I just live at the end which is why I never hear them.... read more
Awesome Customer Service During my apartment search in the Hampton Roads area, I have called and viewed several apartments interacting with lots of leasing agents but I haven't met a leasing agent like Nyemah. She was excellent! I can be very high maintenance on what I'm looking for and especially with feeling the pressures of needing to find a place to live as soon as possible and not having any luck, she was very understanding and did everything in her power to help me.
