After several treatments of Acupunture and chiropractic method , I feel I have had good advice and will continue to practice exercises to help my discomfort

The staff here are always welcoming. Treatments are always explained and I have always felt better afterwards. Other members of my family have been patients here and had various strains and injuries sorted out.

I have being seeing Jon for over a month now and he’s doing wonders with my frozen shoulder, I have also issues with my neck and lower back so Jon has been working on these as well. Very polite and explains all about the treatment he’s been giving me. Jon also gave me some exercises via the Physi App which is helping my issues, which is fantastic as it shows a short video of the exercise, then you can record the pain level and complete that exercise, then onto the next then records the days you have completed the task so it ... read more
