I brought my watch into have the battery replaced. I was greeted immediately by one of the staff who was actually on her way home. SHe contacted the jeweler and within 10 to 15 minutes the battery was replaced. Tiffany at the checkout was friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and told me to bring in my jewelry for cleaning.Highly recommend the staff.
