I brought my watch into have the battery replaced. I was greeted immediately by one of the staff who was actually on her way home. SHe contacted the jeweler and within 10 to 15 minutes the battery was replaced. Tiffany at the checkout was friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful and told me to bring in my jewelry for cleaning.Highly recommend the staff.

My experience working with JoAnn was exceptional her professionalism and expertise and personality made my purchases easy. The medical bracelet she recommended is simple, beautiful and subtle. I was very pleased with my purchase. Joann also took the time and patience with my husband looking to purchase a gold heart necklace going thru many books to find the perfect one. I highly recommend JoAnn her knowledge of jewelry is outstanding.
