Unexpectedly & disappointingly, the battery died on a non-inexpensive watch purchased a year prior. Before parting to Mgm, I called to about battery replacement. A very kind lady, whose name I forgot, assured, “No problem, drop it off any time!” Upon arrival, before settling the night in the poker room on the exact opposite corner of the casino, a different, sweet, blonde lady (Beth?) said the women whom I spoke to, Jen, would be back shortly, simply leave the watch & grab it later.
