I interacted with Marc Duquette and it was a pleasure to deal with him. My ring needed to be polished and Rhodium. It was suppose to take about three days, and I received a call that it was ready a day ahead of time. Picked it up and I was a happy camper. The other staff were very pleasant as well.

I’m experience was top notch. I went in inquiring about a watch repair and Mark and the team all worked to address my questions and fixed my watch in 5 minutes. This is 5 star professional service and they be have gained a lifetime customer.

First time at Hannoush and staff were very friendly and helpful especially Claude and Hind. We got both rings sized down and Claude did an amazing job and was able to accommodate us same day. Would definitely be back.
